The Practice begins on January 2nd!

The Practice is a transformative and comprehensive yoga membership, designed to guide you through your wellness journey, cherishing whole self-improvement.

Life is complex, fraught with worries, fears, doubts, and regrets. Sometimes, all these emotions and experiences get stored in our body leading to discomfort and health issues. Here at The Practice, we believe in the power of regular practice to free ourselves from the past and embrace the present.

These sessions comprise of physical exercise, transformative meditation, and illuminating self-reflections centered around the teachings in Molly's book Yoga Wise, aiming to create a culmination of physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being.

This transformative program, starting January 1st, will support you throughout the year to empower you with strength, acceptance, compassion, and inner peace.

Meet Molly

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and completed my 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I am half-way through my 500-hour training. I teach heart-centered practices that include meditation, breath, observing body-sensations, and traditional yoga postures. “The Practice” online yoga membership was created in 2020 during the pandemic and includes live and recorded classes to support physical and mental well-being. I love sharing the practices and wisdom from yoga with others. All are welcome, regardless of experience.
